Tiny Strider Custom Auction Rules & Regulations

General Information

The Strider Bikes® Tiny  Strider Custom Bike auction will host one custom-built bike each week for a period of 72 hours over an 8-week period. The auction is promoted by Strider Sports Int. and run by the beneficiary Strider Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The auction will have no reserves and no restrictions on bids. 100% of the proceeds will support All Kids Bike and its mission to get Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs into schools across the United States.

How To Enter a Bid:

Enter via website: Strider Custom Bikes Auction

Enter your full name, bid, and email address. Bid entries must be placed during the auction period. If you are outbid, you will be notified via email. At the end of the auction period, the highest bid will be accepted, and the payment will be immediately processed.

Proxy Bidding: Bidders can elect to utilize the auction feature of proxy bidding. This option allows for an individual to identify a maximum bid. As bids are entered, proxy bidding with automatically outbid the highest current bid by $1.00 increments. Once an individual has met their maximum bid, individual will receive email notification that they have been outbid.

Eligibility

This auction is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are at least 18 (19 or older in AL and NE; 21 or older in MS) at the time of entry, subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Winner Selection and Notification

Auctions will run for a 72-hour time period, beginning at 12:01pm MST on Tuesday and ending at 12:01pm MST on Friday (auction period). Winners will be announced once payment has been verified. At the end of the auction period, the highest bid will be accepted, and the individual will be deemed, winner. Winner will be notified by email at close of auction and payment will be processed immediately. If payment is not approved, the winner will have 48 hours to rectify payment by contacting Strider Education Foundation at (605) 956-3877 or info@allkidsbike.org. If the winner does not rectify payment within 48 hours of auction close, the winner will be void and the next highest bidder will be deemed, winner. Bikes are available for free pickup at 2221 N Plaza Dr., Rapid City, SD within 15 days of auction close or by calling Strider Customer Service Team at 605-342-0266 to arrange shipment. Shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer.

This auction is promoted and coordinated by Strider Sports Int’l, Inc. 100% of proceeds will benefit All Kids Bike general fund to support Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs in schools across the nation. Funds will be allocated at the full discretion of the Strider® Education Foundation. All Bikes Sold “As Is”.

SAFETY DISCLOSURE: This bike is not intended for ordinary bicycle use. This bike represents a work of art and is the creation of the artist’s expression. It is only to be enjoyed by the Buyer as a display, such as any other piece of work of art.

DO NOT allow children to use, play with, or attempt to utilize this work of art as a normal operating bike.

Release and Indemnification

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO HOLD STRIDER BIKES ®, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AGENTS, AS WELL AS THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY (DEFINED AS PARENTS, SPOUSES, CHILDREN, SIBLINGS AND GRANDPARENTS) AND HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS OF EACH SUCH EMPLOYEE, OFFICER, DIRECTOR, AND STIRDER EDUCATION FOUNDATION, AND THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES AND ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING ENTITIES, HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSESSION OR USE/MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.

Miscellaneous

Strider® Education Foundation / All Kids Bike® is the sole beneficiary of all auction proceeds. Proceeds will benefit the All Kids Bike general fund and assist Kindergarten PE Program equipment, services, and operational support to public schools. Funds received via the Tiny Strider Custom Bike auction will be allocated at the sole and absolute discretion of the Strider Education Foundation.
